These terms apply to the FableUs app and fableus.app. By using FableUs you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use FableUs.
Who can use FableUs
An adult (18 or older) sets up and manages the account. Children use FableUs with that adult’s permission and under their supervision. You are responsible for your account and for what is added to it.
What you add
You may only add photos and details of people you have the right to share, such as your own family, with their permission. Don’t add anything unlawful, hurtful, or that belongs to someone else. You keep the rights to what you add. You let us use it only to make and show your family’s stories.
Your stories
Stories, pictures and narration made for your family are for your personal, non-commercial use. They are made by computer models. We check every story for safety, but a story can still contain a mistake or something you don’t like; please tell us at support@fableus.app.
Plans and payments
FableUs is free to start. FableUs Plus is a subscription sold through the App Store or Google Play. Prices are shown in the app before you buy. Subscriptions renew until cancelled, and you manage or cancel them in your Apple or Google account settings. Refunds follow Apple’s and Google’s rules.
Fair use
Don’t copy, resell or reverse-engineer FableUs, try to get around its safety checks or limits, or use it to harm anyone.
Changes and ending
We may change FableUs or these terms; we’ll tell you in the app about important changes. You can stop using FableUs and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
Liability
FableUs is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.
